There's a number of things that make the LEI a very attractive place to work Not the least of which is that there's an enormous amount of highly intelligent people working here
Who all have the drive to excel at their field of research LEI has a great reputation in the field that they work in It's an international very internationally orientated organisation So Well I wouldn't know precisely, but my guess is that there's at least ten to fifteen different nationalities working here Which means that most people speak Dutch, either natively or have learned it But talking English here is almost normal So anybody who's not a Dutch native can feel very much at home within the LEI It also has to do with the fact that we are in The Hague here
The Dutch ministries and the Economics ministry is one of our major clients They are themselves also internationally more and more internationally orientated European pointing towards Europe That's also something that you feel in every nook and cranny of this company
