In recent years it has become so popular infactthat tickets sold out in under 24 hours, with a waiting list of over 2,000,000 people! It's not hard to see why Tomorrowland is hereto stay.

Number five – Time Warp.

This extreme heavyweight annual festival firstdebuted in Mannheim, Germany back in 1994 – becoming an extremely popular event that'sbeen known to secure some massive corporate partnership and sponsorship deals.

Later making its rounds in Amsterdam, Bremen,Berlin and Prague, it has seen a fair share of first-billed names that led to this Europeanmainstay leaking over to the states in 2014.

Now appearing in New York, this 20+ year festivalhas been bringing the frontline experience to the other side of the Atlantic with a growingstateside interest.

Although there were initially some schedulingconflicts when making the move to America, this underground event is making more andmore heads turn and bodies move.

Number four – Electric Zoo.

Keeping with theme of all night partys- let'smove right along to this fan favorite festival held in NYC on Randall's Island over everyLabor Day weekend – the notorious Electric Zoo.

Bringing in a slew of acts from all spectrumsof dance and electronic music, the 'Zoo has been growing strong since its inaugural 2009debut – although what once was a two day festival attended by approximately 26,000 people isnow a three day event that brings in heaps more people – not to mention acclaim (it'sbeen nominated for Best Music Event over four years in a row).

Attracting some huge names, the festival haseven made its way to Mexico City and have even donated ticket sales to charities andnotable causes.

Number three – Electric Forest.

Along with other heavy-hitting festival names,Electric Forest is one of those ones that resonates into other genres and cultures – mostpeople are familiar (at least) with the name, if nothing else.

Held in Rothbury Michigan, this wooded locationis turned into a colorful, twinkling paradise that bleeds from the dance floor into thecampsites.

Quite literally lit up at all times, the numerousart installations and travelling performance troupes provide a huge amount of side-entertainmentother than just the music.

But, if you're there for the sounds – fretnot – Electric Forest is home to some of the genre's HUGEST names each and every year.

Number two – Mysteryland.

Although it's only been a "thing" in Americafor less than five years, Mysteryland dates back to 1993 first debuting in the Netherlands- making it the world's longest-running electronic music, art and culture festival.

Since the festival promoters have a huge emphasison culture, art, talent, creativity and sustainability – it's been noted to be one of the most "interestingand unique festival experiences to ever be had".

Making its first international debut in Chileback in 2011 – its USA events are held in the legendary location of the 1969 WoodstockFestival in New York (although we have to say – the music is JUST a little bit differentnowadays).

Turning Bethel Woods into a party-laden landscape- there's no denying this is one of the most popular around.

Number one – Ultra Music Festival.

Named after the seminal pop group DepecheMode's 1997 album, Ultra – the Ultra Music Festival is one of Miami, Florida's proudestclaims to fame.

Usually taking place in the Spring Break heavymonth of March, the lineups, attendance, popularity and widespread appeal are a hard match forthe rival Belgian-held festival named Tomorrowland – but it takes the cake just by a little bit.

Now affiliated with a bevy of corporate sponsorsand even an affiliate record label – it's simply hard to beat the – well, "beat" ofUltra.
