so now your chakra points we have our root chakra ok which is foundational we have our sacral chakra which deals with how we feel our families how we feel about ourselves our relationships our solar plexus chakra which deals with confidence creativity heart chakra which deals with love attachment unhealthy and healthy love your throat chakra, which is your expression your third eye which helps you to see the future, past, make plans and then there's your crown chakra and you know this is enlightenment is very your aha moment come from you could be thinking about something for so long that all of a sudden it just got that is your crown chakra working okay and just like you know when you feel pain of love you might feel that in your chest or when you're walking into a room and something doesn't feel right you might feel that in your stomach ok so when you scared and you clench up your anus or you're gonna stand so this is foundational this is situational I just want you guys to understand that your body speaks this language and I want you to get comfortable with speaking this language and understanding that even if your mind is saying one thing understand that there's other votes and conversations that are happening in your body and you project this energy to the world
